Carpet and Tile Cleaning

Over time, tile and grout accumulate dirt and stains, while pets and heavy foot traffic leave their traces on carpets. For more than 10 years, Buzz Brite has been dedicated to cleaning and restoring flooring throughout the Okanagan.

Carpet Steam Cleaning
Most residential carpet cleaning takes 1-3 hours to complete. Larger commercial spaces usually require longer shifts to complete. Your carpets will be dry around 2-3 hours after we are done.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
Both residential and commecial tile cleaning is more time consuming than carpet cleaning. Smaller spaces can take 4 hours while other larger spaces usually require most of the day.
Residential Customers
Please move any large or fragile items you would like us to clean under. If this is a challenge and you require assistance please contact us before your appointment to make arraingments.
Make sure an adult (18 years or older) is present during the cleaning. If you prefer us to enter your home when you are not there, please provide clear access instructions.
Commercial Customers
If you have not already, please contact Buzz Brite to arrange access to your building. You may have to contact a security or alarm company or other people to inform them of our service visit. Please not give any individual a key to your facilty before consulting with Buzz Brite at (250) 540-8716.
Carpet Cleaning
It is recommended to turn on air circulation in the building to accelerate drying time. It may take 2-3 hours to dry. Please be aware that walking on your carpets while damp will not damage the floors, but it make be slippery.
Tile and Grout Cleaning
If your tile cleaning did not include resealing, your are probably able to start using the space right away. If sealer was applied please ask your Buzz Brite team member for drying time instructions
Avoid dragging tables, sofas, or other heavy objects over a recently sealed floor. It is also not recommended to clean the floors with harsh soaps or excesive water for 24-48 hours after sealer has been applied.
